Yup. Unless it's $300+ cheaper than the 1301, the 1301 will be the better option.

Is it really a negative for you that the gun can't be run faster than any human can aim and shoot?

It does come factory with the add ons everyone pays to put on the 1301 so that alone is a big savings. If they bring it out in a 20ga I'd buy one. Having a 1301 comp I don't really see the need to go with the lesser grade. I do like the Tiger stripe patrol though. MSRP is 1099usd on Beretta USA
The 300 ultima didn't really rise in price over the standard model much so heres hoping that it's between the ultima and the 1301 tac

I too would be all over a 20g. I already have two pimped out 1300T so a 12g Ultima would be a bit redundant.

Or at least coming with that cool barrel clamp so we can use it when we add our own 5.9 3” shell extension up here
