I'm not an operator - so not sure if I qualify =)

But it's a great rifle. Solid barrel (not shrouded), the action cycles with CCI standard velocity 1070FPS, and my not so awesome shooting skills nets a 3-4 inch group at 50 yards. It's really well balanced though, feels great to shoot and is made of very high quality polymer. It's one of my favorite 22s.
