Hi guys, Mine is marked 3" 76 32

Now the 3" I think I have figured...same with the 32....chamber length and barrel length respectively...what's the 76 for?

Anyone know?

the codes are explained on beretta's website- 76 should be the restriction if I remember correctly- ie 3 inch chamber- .76 restriction, 32 inch barrel- what else would it be commonly?

that hardly makes sense- why would you express chamber length in metric and the rest in English American?btw, it's under beretta usa website

It's not uncommon for a Beretta to have chamber length in both imperial measurements and in metric stamped on the barrel. Barrels made in Italy must be proofed to CIP requirements and must be stamped with among other things the chamber length in metric. 76mm = 3".
