I really have not been following some of these straight pull rifles that closely but saw an email mentioning these new models were either in Canada or arriving soon.

It looks like a nice compact rifle, available in 16 and 18". Anyone waiting on one of these?

It's quite expensive, but I'd bite if it had iron sights.

My eyes are finally starting to get a bit stiff from age, but I still enjoy shooting certain types of iron sights and appreciate a minimalist lightweight rifle. It would not be that hard to add some sights to the rifle for the few left that prefer having them.

The modern micro red dots and 1x mirco prism's are so compact and lightweight these days that as much as I enjoy shooting irons I understand why manufactures are leaving them off.

Someone needs to start making a univeral front sight post similar to the NoDak Spud that left the market place to parts unkown years ago.....

CSC has a few. Reliable did have some but none listed now. They appear to have gone up in price a few hundred.. Some cool features that make good sense. They can be quickly converted to right or left hand. The orange magazine is great if you happen to drop it.. Just some really smart designs. Cheers

I was looking for a non-ranch one about a year ago in Calgary. Didn't have any luck.

I am really interested in straight pull rifles, and wouldn't mind owning one
Had a Gen II Ranch in 308, sold last year, about half the price of the Beretta, probably rougher but super handy and lightweight. The Ruger was tight with generic ACIS Mags, did not eject with some surplus 7.62 ammo (the Hirtenburg surplus) but pretty ###y.

The K31 straight pull is still a dream to operate if you go for old stuff.
