Beretta CX-4 Storm

Just got an official correction on information on the CFO so I need to correct myself on a previous statement:

For firearms going from restricted to non-restricted, the gun owner gets the barrel back. They get to keep it. They can do what they want with it.

So yes, you will get your original restricted barrel back.

ki11ercane: do you sell the non restricted barrel (40 s&w) by itself without install?

No because it has to be turned out for the rifle individually and threaded in on a machine. (as I am told)

Further, you'd still have to have the rifle verified by a verifier and have it's status changed before it becomes non-restricted. This is all done as part of the price.

BTW, our price on doing it is $495.00 plus $24.99 shipping and optional $23.99 insurance plus applicable taxes.

I have a 9mm version which I'll photograph tomorrow. Our process uses a HEAVY barrel and is much nicer than the light barrel version used by another gunsmith. I shot mine tonight and it's amazingly accurate!

I know it's a newb question, but how much longer is the new barrel?

CX4 many not be the best rifle, but it's appeal for me is that it is very comfortable to work with. Its design ergonomically is hard to beat IMO.
