Beretta CX4 9mm not liking Remington UMC?

Hey guys....I have a CX4 in 9mm, non restricted (if that changes anything?) that continually fails to eject (anywhere from 2 to 4 rounds out of a mag). I try diff 9mm (lawman, winchester) that are the same 115 grain and they shoot without a problem.

What could possibly be the problem with the UMC to cause this? I thought it was maybe from a lack of oil in my carbine so I stripped it down, gave it a clean and oiled her up well and still the same thing happened. If I picked up some MFS 9MM would I be looking at the same problem? Is there more powder in the MFS than the UMC?

All I can say is now I'm stuck with more than 3000 rounds of UMC that doesn't work in my CX4 but works well in almost any other 9mm I have (92fs, g17, shadow). Any suggestions anyone has to help out a fellow confused shooter would be greatly appreciated.
 
ive heard that umc isnt exactly the hottest load, thinck Hickok45 mentioned that he was having issues using the cheapo UMC in a new glock because it wasnt loaded to a high enough pressure.
 
00buck: I thought the same thing and tried diff mags and still the same problem...I'm really thinking that cleaning le baron out of these 9mm a couple months ago was the WRONG move lol...so now I'm looking at other budget 9mm like the mfs at al flahertys and wondering if its a hotter load
 
I have used it in my 9mm Storm with no issue. I also shoot hot and light reloads... also no issue. Is everything clean? Any gunk built up in the action or rteceiver?

I can vouch for the fact it's not as hot. UMC 9mm ammo is marginal for making power factor in IPSC production. It's just not as hot as most factory stuff.
 
It sounds like it was incorrectly re-assembled.
There is a small part that allows the spent brass to be ejected right or left.
I do not have the manual from when I owned mine, but after a cleaning session at home the next time at the gravel pit it would jam(stove pipe) the second round, it was maddening trying to figure it out in the field.
But, eventually after the dis-assembly on the tailgate and the re assemble everything worked out.
I am not saying this is the problem but rather an area to look at.
The effin manual is very small print and the the part has a small notch that goes one way for right hand eject and the other for left hand.
Search for the manual online and enlarge it there before you take it apart.
If you where closer I could show you what it is I am talking about.
