I have a Benellit SBE-II with both a 24" slug and 24" V/R barrel it is a beauty and I am not going to sell it , thats for sure.
But after shooting an Extrema 2 for a day on clays and sighting in a Sluggun version for a buddy, I went out and bought one with both barrels... This is a wicked shotgun and it recoils so lightly with the Kick off system that I am going to get back into sporting clays. I cannot believe the difference when shooting heavy 3 1/2 and Slugs through the Extrema compared to the SBE-II.
I am going to take a lot of flak for this after talking up the Super Black Eagle for so long.
The Aqua tech feature is going to make it hard to decide which shotgun to take duck hunting...

If you are not getting flak then you aren't near the target.;)

If you have trouble deciding which gun to take I'd suggest using the Benelli in the rain. It's an easier gun to dry out than the Beretta.

Your going kind of easy on me Clay... after all the Benelli vs Beretta debates in the past.:runaway:
Did you see the latest Extrema -2 video where buddy tosses one of the new Aqua-tech models into a pond for 30 hours, drags it out all covered in mud... shakes it off , loads 3 rounds and then shoots it, no problem...
Check out the video... click on the picture of Scott Robertson...unbelievable...

I have seen the video. It is remarkable. I've also cleaned my soaking wet 391 after shooting clays in a driving rainstorm. Drying out my o/u is a lot faster.

And yes I always go easy on converts when they finally see the light.;)

Uxbridge isn't that far away either, if you'd prefer to remain incognito ! ( Both Uxbridge & Oshawa are a little over an hour for me .. but worth the trip ! )

I try & sneak out every Wednesday I can (almost all of them, weather permitting) May through September. 5-Stand is just about as entertaining as Sporting ... without the walk - and there's a roof overhead - bonus if it's raining or the sun's blazing !
