Oh for sure. I've been wanting another Beretta since I sold my 92FS a few years back, and figured it was now or never. I figured if I was gonna have only one pistol, I should buy the one I always wanted.

Description says RDS mounting plate not included on the Full size FR. Does it require a plate specific to the 92X? Not very familiar with the RDS mounting on handguns...

The plates work on any optic ready 92-series but depend on the red dot you want to install.
