You should do a little digging.They also have trigger problems and magazine problems. But....do what ya wanna do. LOL.
 
I have owned a couple of them. I had trouble with the first one I owned from brand new but they finally got it corrected and then it worked ok. The second one was better, I never had any problems with it.

They work ok but they do not do anything really well. As far as I am concerned there are better choices for the same kind of money out there.

Just my two cents worth on this subject.

I have a 6"Neos that I absolutely love. It is a tack driver especially with the red dot sight I have on it. I also had a S&W 22 and Browning Buckmark. Sold the other two and kept the Neos. The trigger issues are subject to a recall and are old now. I seem to remember the guns built before 2006 were affected. I have not heard of any magazine issues, except they are expensive!!
 
If you want a Beretta think about the Model 71...they are available surplus for about $350 +tax. Solid steel gun and it looks like a Beretta...I am very pleased with mine that I got from Reliable Gun in Vancouver (supporting dealer) they said they have more coming in.
Mine looks a lot like this picture except my sights are fixed near the rear of the slide.
