Beretta PX4 Problem

Its not the airgun its the magazine, I had the same problem, I emailed UmeraxUsa about it, and they mailed me a new magazine and recieved it within 2 weeks, They are amazing to deal with if you have any problems.
 
By the way, Umerax International makes them and are suppose to deal with Canada, but UmeraxUsa will still help you even tho they are only suppose to deal with USA only
 
it pretty much sounds like the same problem I had when I recieved mine, I'll put a magazine into it and it will fire, but it wouldnt rotate the magazine... Lucky I ordered acouple spare mags when I bought mine and was able to narrow it down to that pretty fast. Hopefully thats the problem cause umerax will mail you a free mag. But call canadian airgun source, if they wouldnt do anything about it, then think about buying stuff from DL airgun in the future, they are in west canada, but they are amazing to deal with, they are the only people ill buy from, I learned that the hard way
 
Glad to hear they will replace it, they should cover the shipping cost back tho, maybe they will toss in a few magazine or something to make up for it, hopefully
 
funny is have a px4 storm to and i don't have this problem. Only thing i dont like about the px4 is that there is no slide catch and it's really hard to take down.
