How much would I be looking at to purchase a good condition used M92F Beretta? Preferrabley the Inox model but will consider matte. I don't want to post this in the exchange section because I am not ready to buy yet. I've pretty much narrowed what i want to the Beretta and Glock with room for open mindness on the XD9/40 and other models.

I think a 92FS is around $600-800 depending on condition. Whether or not you'll find someone that have the Inox for sale is another question as it is discontinued.

6-800 is a hell of a deal. From what I've seen it's closer to 1 G.

How twisted is my fate when months ago i had three people, one with an Italian made one, trying to unload these mint beauties on me for under 700$ a piece. Now I can't even find one PERIOD. Every Beretta I search for is SOLD. Even the Mattes. God is being cruel.

all the standard frame guns have been discontinued. The Inox was a standard item, not a special run, though it was done in limited runs. Good luck finding a new one.
as per your PM, you can purchase finger groove grips for any of the standard model Beretta pistols (not including Vertecs).

i think beretta replaced the INOX /w the STEEL-I frames right?

They had STEEL I models for some time now and they cost more than an INOX model (I'd guess $1500-2000 but haven't seen one Canada yet).

The 90-two and M9-A1 are new toys on the block.

Thanks guys, I don't want a new one, really. THey go for, from what I see, a grand plus for even a matte finish model. The Inox and Mattes I see range from 600+ for under 1000 rounds! That's quite a price difference, considering it's tax free too.

I will keep my eyes peeled for the beretta and the Glock [and other models] are still on the roster.

I recall giving you more than 1 opportunity to purchase one of my inox. Sorry Jimbo, just thought I'd put salt on your broken heart.
:( rub it in why dontcha :( Can you find me another one? :D I'm still looking @ Glocks though, too!

well you can alway get a Taurus if you want stainless...
How much are they and how's the reliability/quality in comparison? I hear horror stories about their customer service.

Jim, I have an Italian made 92FS Inox with factory finger groove grips, 5 blued MecGar mags and one factory bright mag. If you want to buy it, send me a PM and we can talk. If you are serious and want to fire it, I will bring it to Poco tomorrow (Sun Aug 26).
