Apparently some underground gunsmith in Taiwan tried to bring up the price of his creation  ........

Reportedly the current street price for this model is between 200,000 to 300,000 NTD (around 6700~10000 loonies)

Give the gun maker points for having a sense of humour to mark it MADE IN THE USA. I guess that makes it legal under the UN marking scheme.

Basically it said the police busted a weapon cache that belongs to a gang member, whom duty is to store the weapons in his house and to take them out and deliver them to his gang should the gang war erupts. The police confiscated a "Beretta" revolving shotgun, 4 pistols(one standard Beretta and 3 blank guns that are modified to fire live rounds), one flashbang grenade, 6 shot shells, 15 live ammo and 19 blank rounds.

The shotgun in question can hold 6 rounds of shotshell, weights over 3 kg and is made entirely out of steel. Since there is no trigger guard and safety, this shotgun is prone to accidentally discharge, makes it very dangerous to handle.

This crudely made weapon also spots Beretta logo and "Made in USA" marked on the frame, and its appearance deviates greatly from firearms that are made by Beretta. The authorities later determined that it was the underground gunsmith's attempt to jack-up the price of this weapon.
