The gun opens, when fired.
The locking lever is well to the right.
When closed there is no play in the barrel to receiver.
Overall, it appears to be in good shape.

If the locking lever is well to the right, good chance that the small circular ring attached to the underside of the locking lever is cracked. This ring actuates the locking lugs and depending on how it failed it may be preventing the locking lugs from moving forward.
You can take a look yourself if you want. The stock is easily removed with a 6mm hex head bit;- you will need about a 12" extension. Once the stock is removed you can see the trigger and locking mechanisms.
Mine has been waiting 3months and counting for a new ring.
