Even that waterfowl season is way behind us and many rounds went through,debate is it ok or not still stand strong. I have beretta 686E sporting 30" barrels that i use for everything including geese hunts.
At the begining i use all kinds of chokes mod.full but this season imp.mod. Was maximum i went.
Real question is how bad for gun is steel shoot?
I know there is bismouth or other option for $2-4 a pop but i like to shoot not do accounting while out there.
Would like opinion of fellow O/U or SxS shooters on their experience with steel shot.
Previously had savage sxs and eibar also sxs and they both get wide ring on barrel maybe two inch down from muzzle but they were/are both fixed chokes.
