I've thought of that too, but I think it would look kind of goofy with the groove on the buttstock. Might do something to durability as well

Looks great without the ears, I always thought of cutting off the strap from the pistol grip to the butt. Ever see anyone try that one?

I think a Storm with an Aimpoint Micro would be super hot! If you can get that optic, post pics You will instantly have one of the coolest Storms on CGN Otherwise, the Storm doesn't need much.

I blame you and a good deal for what is coming in the mail. I will post a pic when it comes! I wonder if it is low enough to cowitness with the factory sights...

The Micro was made for the storm! It fits perfectly and co-witnesses easily with no risers (a shame because I bought one for 80 bucks! lol). All I have is my lousy blackberry to take pics with and I couldn't get the dot to show through the iron sight, but you get the idea of how it lines up anyhow. I can't wait to test out this combo at the range. My only complaint would be the storm's ears make my magnifier much less effective so I did not attach it. I may work on that in the future.
