beretta xtreme 2

Very popular gun around here. Personally I think they are on my top ten for ugliness factor but they have great features and based on what I have seen with the original Beretta Extrema, the quality is top shelf.

I have hunted with Extremea for several years. I just sold my first gun and bought the Extremea two with the kick off system. In short they are a fantastic waterfowl gun. I have never had a problem or a misfeed. Shooting heavy waterfowl loads they are easy on your shoulder

You might want to try the Benelli's. For me they seem to fit better and generally feel lighter than Beretta's, especially the M2.

I have owned one for a little more then a year now (no kick-off). It kept on jamming at first (even with 3 inch hunting loads) until I followed the break-in procedure suggested in the manual. I fired about 125 magnum loads to break it in and it now works like a charm. I fired over 1000 rounds of light loads (1 1/8 oz) since without any problems.

I'm surprised  . I've put pretty much everything through mine and have yet to have a hiccup in the 2 years I've had mine

I had one on loan for a couple of weeks last summer. I shot probably a dozen rounds of skeet with 1140fps 1oz loads, and didn't have a single cycling problem. Heavier loads, of course, shot fine as well. The kickoff makes it recoil like a 22 - it is a pricey feature, but well worth it for heavy loads.

Personally, I would prefer a Teknys for clay shooting, but for hunting it is a fantastic shotgun.

Nice sig line there Bernie!

I sure wish the Berettas fit me... I just can't shoot em.

No point as you are only allowed leagally to have 5 in your mag, I guess you would gain one. You would have to pin it.

for 3.5 inch shells i would just plug it to 4

i know the laws im just wondering if anybody know if anybody might know a store that has them in stock

The Benelli is a nicer gun. The Beretta stock doesn't fit right. To thick in the wrist.
