Beretta's new APX A1

Anyone seen one of these in the wild yet or have they reached our side of the border at retailers? I found one listed at Great North Precision in their "import" section, for an outrageous price of $1150. Can't seem to locate any others. Reviewers on youtube in the States say they're selling for as low as $399 USD, with an MSRP of $529.

Supposed to be a pretty nice pistol, with optic-ready plate, revamped trigger and night sights standard on it. If it's selling for around $600-700 CAD it would be hard to beat.

Update, gun shop in the area said Stoeger won't be releasing the APX A1 (at this time) in Canada due to the potential bans.
