I’ve been eyeing one of these up for some time. Anyone have one and have some feed back. It will be replacing my sig cross for long range shooting. The 16” cross drops a fair bit at 1000 yards. Also will be using it for elk and deer in the fall. How is it to carey around all day etc.
 
The weight before scoping it isn’t too bad at 7.5 lbs(I’m assuming that is for the 308 with the short barrel and not the 300 win mag with 24” one?), I guess depends on the scope you entend to put on?!?!
To me that style of rifle looks painful to carry in the bush or mountains all day! That said I never carried one so take that FWIW!!

Well again it wouldn’t be my choice for a hunting rifle and that scope will make it a beast to carry! But keep us posted when you get it and what weight you’re t comes at ready hunt! It should be a great long range rig for sure!
