Doesn't seem like we're ever gonna see the Bergaras but atleast with the added features on the new CVA scouts you can build something similar to the BA13 by adding your own sights without too much difficulty if it's true that all new scout barrels will be drilled and tapped for iron sights now.
But again would've liked to see 9mm or 357 mag as an option too.

I would love one in 300 Blackout. Why is it that nobody seems to want to import any rifle in 300blk? Ruger Americans used to be available, but now they are unobtanium and i've never seen a CVA chambered in that caliber up here.

It would be super cool if one of these companies doing basic single shots did one up in 7.62x39. Lots of 300BO options in these affordable single shots, but no love for the x39 for some reason...

I'd contact one of the dealers that sells the CVA Scout and see if they can order you one then. Prophet River is usually really good about that sort of thing.

This, short barrel, Open sights, 7.62x39, it’s exactly what I want.

It doesn't even have to be that short. I would prefer shorter, but even a 20-22" barrel leads to a pretty short OAL in a single shot.

I have, and they have said they are basically unavailable up here. I swear the overlords fear the mighty 300.
