I was wondering if anyone had a chance to look at one of these or have one and used it. Also wondering if any dealers are going to bring them in.
Thanks

Over here we have the CVA TD Scout. Bergara makes the barrels. I had one in 35 Whelen and it was a nice rig. Reasonably priced but quite heavy. Ambidextrous stock with cheekpiece on each side.
Prophet River often have stock

They cannot be brought into Canada, tried with multiple suppliers through bergara USA and international

The CVA is the same gun but limited to cartridges that are straight wall or meet some states primitive weapons legislation. You can get 7/08 and 243

From YouTube, Egun, Akah catalogue etc it seems they are a popular budget option for kipplauf in Europe. With Haenel out of production there isn’t much around between them and a krieghoff or blaser

Thanks for the info. I looked at cva site and didn’t see the one that I would like. I was looking for the 16.5” brl with sights model in 308.

I have a CVA Scout in .35 Whelen that is very similar, also made by Dikar in Spain. It's a great rifle, solid lock up, amazing trigger, great metalwork. I'd buy a Bergara in a heartbeat based on the quality of my CVA. It's very lithe but has some heft to it for sure, so it handles nicely and is stable over a rest.
