If you can't get 7mm Berger bullets for Jerry Teo (Mystic Precision), you might want to try Matrix Ballistics bullets.
I've tried some of their .277 165gr VLD and am extremely satisfied.

Marshal (Matrix Bullets) also makes a 7mm 190 VLD that has a better BC than the 180 VLD Bergers (Tested by Bryan Litz)
