Berger Bullets About to be Discontinued

Does that mean the 30 BR is going out of style? I haven't even built mine yet.

The 115 gr .30 cal flat base was not mentioned ...it shoots equally as well as either of the other two in my barrels.

Are they discontinuing any of the 30 cal hunting bullets or just the target ones?

Maybe a 6mm 115gr hybrid?

Last time I spoke to Bryan about that, he said said it was unlikely since the 105 was already pushing the limit of stability in twists that stabilize the 115 DTAC.

We are finding that any bullet that needs a twist faster then 7 is going to be very very finicky both in production and in shooting.

I sincerely doubt any further effort will be spent on developing heavy bullets for cals that already use an 8 or 7 twist.

The best option is to go to a larger bore.
