Berretta U22 Questions

6" Stainless u22 neos

There are more posts on this topic just search. I've had mine for about a year. More than 6000 rnds and never a failure. I purchased mine used for $300. I like the rail on top and have borrowed (for very long time) my brother's red dot from his ar-15 and it's a blast. Super easy to disassemble and maintain. I clean mine about every 500 rounds as I am lazy. Use plenty of oil in the spring assembly and remove handle to clean and lube slide catch--very carefully as there is a tiny spring that POPS out easily, assembly is easy though. Also check and push in every single spring pin as they seem to work their way out. I am a novice pistol user and have had no issues at all with any aspect of the gun yet. Very happy and doubt will buy anything other than stainless, but I did almost buy a real tokarev but anyways the u22 has done me no wrong and am keeping it for this virtue and it's cheap to shoot with my friends which I do often. It looks weird and almost did not buy it just for that. An m-94 from norinco would have been a long wait while this was right there at the gun shop. I may buy the blue grips as I think those look great. Several others in the club have u22's and the blue grips are the best. What else can I tell you?

where would a guy find aftermarket grips, or a factory one with the blue grips, mrs swifty wants to play handguns with me, and pretty colors catch her eye. The neos might just be the ticket.
