How good are these, I am thinking of using these instead of the lead bullets that I currently shoot.
Which would be better, the 200 or the 230grn I currently shoot 230 grn lead.

I have used about 6k worth of the 230gr berry's and don't have any complaints other then the light dimpling on them, but that's a plating/cosmetic issue only.

Go for it!

I have used the 185 gr. RN Berrys in a couple of different .45's. They are very accurate and consistent. I would like to try some 200's. I think they would be as good or better. They are also as cheap or cheaper than lead- at least around here.

"...Which would be better..." Use the 230's. Plated bullets use cast bullet data, so you won't have to work up the load again. No mucking about with OAL either.

I hope that these are good, I have 2000 sitting in my closet waiting for my press to be delivered.
