Has anyone tried the Berrys 147 gr bullets?

I've used the 147 gr Frontiers with good results.
I've used the 147 gr Aims with.... well they went down range.

I like the BDX 124's but prefer the heavier weight.
I've been holding out for the BDX 147's, and expect they will be worth the wait. I know, I know, next year Jerusalem.

In the mean time I'm thinking about testing the Berrys 147's.

Anyone else?

Have not tried the Berrys but have a friend who swears by them. I like the Campro 147's myself.

Just ordered some Berry's 200gr plated SWC in .45acp. Will see how they work out of the 1911.

i've loaded them with 4.0 of 231, they seem very good , out of a para 5", shadow & g26. no ransom tests but they mike well & are +/- .5gr, nice clean looking bullet.

I've used both the 124gr 9mm and 230gr 45 bullets from Berry's. They make a terrific product. I believe that they are much better made than the AIM bullets I'm currently using. I would not hesitate to use the 147gr ones from Berry's.

The AIM are alright and work, but the Berry's were just better.
