I've done some readig online about Berry's plated pistol bullets. Many people saying that pushing them past 1000fps can lead to jacket separation. Is this same 1000fps barrier applicable totheir rifle bullets? Surely it cant be... Who's shooting .223 under 1000fps!?!!? :p

Very curious as to the answer to this one, as I have about 700 of em and I'm looking to make a pile of them for medium term storage purposes. (SHTF rounds).

I understand your reason for concern however you may be missing something here. Berrys 223 bullets are Jacketed NOT plated as is the case with their pistol bullets. Having said that, you should have no problem with pushing them to normal velocities.
You can visit Berrys site and recheck but they do state that the bullets are in fact jacketed. If they were plated then yes, you would have to adjust accordingly.
