Hey, I just bought a brand new 10 ga Browning Gold light, for goose hunting this fall, and I was wondering what you guys are using for factory loads?

Also what chokes have you guys have you been using with these loads?

Thanks, boys. :shotgun:

:DI'm using Rem steel in #1 and improved cyl in the 10 GA BPS, but it dont make a lick of difference unless you have confidence in your gun or ammo.

You do not get the same selection using 10 gauge loads as you do using a 12 gauge. I use what ever I find, Remington nitro #2 to T or Winchester and Federal for geese. I carry a few #4 for ducks. I also have a 3.5" 12 gauge but it is not the same as using a ten gauge. You do not need to try different brands and loads with a 10 as you do with a 12 to get the best performance. I also reload both 12 and the 10. They both have their place in the field.

for long range pass shooting i use ts in winchester supreme black box they are faster than remys but a little lighter if decoying go smaller to bbs in late and 1s in again modified choke,i boughy a patern master choke ported last year and put a sims pad and there is absolutly no recoil much less than my 12 gauges you picked a great gun but make sure you strip it all the way down and take apart the bolt, get all the packing grease out or you willget cycling problems, enjoy
