For the dovetail rail you could possibly find one on ebay maybe. NPZ (Russian) PO's and PSO's are very difficult to aquire now due to the war. So you will likely have to get a BelOMO (Belarusian) PO or POSP instead. The safest place to buy those from is EastWave. But ive also bought from places like Scope Store and Red Colonel. One way you could get your hands on a NPZ is to buy a 4x24mm-1 someone is selling off from their banned Type 81 SR on gun post or EE. Other things like the muzzle brake and cheek rest came from ebay. Airsoft SVD cheek rests can be good quality as well.

I am between 1.5 and 2 MOA at 100 with handloads using ZMax on my modified SKS. Note how cheap barnaul factory also grouped really well as well. Could probably do better with a better trigger . Modified the Russian unit I have to the safe max before being full auto

Ok, I am sat down now, going to so dome looking lol and hope I find all the pieces I need to finish this thing. Only have a few more questions for you. Although I have a custom stock in that style already, I sure like the look of that one. Did you make it? If not, where'd it come from? It is beautiful. And on the brake, I will have to do some more looking to find something like it but did you have to thread the muzzle yourself? If so, any tips to do so? And the what are the specs on that scope? 4x24? Love the size of it on the rifle and would like to find the same or as similar as possible. Thank you again!
I had Hical thread it for 14mm LH well over a decade ago. They no longer offer the service, but TNA sells the pilots and dies needed to do the job.
Built the stock myself during the pandemic. I have a rough build series on the gun.
I changed and improved some things since. Gun has a bolt release now, swapped out the Lantac brake for a Armacon M14x1LH Flashider bought from Russia.
The scope ive been running is the lengthy, heavy NPZ PO 3-9x24mm. Its only handy for certain scenarios like when you want to see your group size @ 100m or if your taking pot shots at rediculous ranges for 7.62x39 (like 800 plus yards).
The PO 4x24 is a better match for the rifle, smaller profile, lighter.... ive found them to be great for sub 200m hunting, and perfectly adequate for plinking out to 600+ yards. The optical specs for these SVD scopes is laughable by todays standards. But certainly still adequate to make VERY effective shots at surprising distances. Feature wise for the money (350-450cad) id argue the NPZs are actually really good. Completely illuminated reticle with multiple hold positions, optical range estimater for 1.5m tall animals, zeroing turrets, built in sun shade, removeble eye cup (superb for keeping the sun out of your eye when aiming). Thanks again for all the info. I am still on the hunt for the lantac brake and deflector but will definitely be ordering the dies to thread the barrel here shortly. Also am having quite the time finding a PSO I can settle on. I dont mind the scope in both pictures you have on this thread, although I like the slightly larger one better and prefer to have more optic than needed. I believe I have found a dovetail mount. I am quite indecisive when I comes to ordering things online and eastwaves website is midly crude and I am new to ordering things. Would love to find either of these PSO's or know where you found them because I am worried about quality and such on all of the ones I have found and would just be great to have a trusted source. If either came from eastwave, any chance you could point me to which one on the site? Or where you found them? (None for sale on #######) Would love to get my hands on one to finish this build asap! They seem to be lacking most pictures on eastwave and id hate to throw that kinda money at something that won't end up working for me.
