I'm in the market to buy my first handgun. so something in .22LR is a must and the next inexpensive cartridge would probably be the 9mm. I understand that opinion's will vary, but let's see if any majorities arises from the comments submitted. who makes the best 1911 clone in both 9mm and .22LR? Thanks!

Depends on your budget, i love my gsg1911, great full size shooter, and so to try something different, got a gp6......
Enjoy the ride.....

A fine gun I'm sure, but it's a scaled down version, in size and weight, of the original.
