Browning BM? MKIII?

I was looking at the CZ Kadet full-out pistol...but how much do those run, and are they any good?

Sig Mosquitoes seem cool lookin and all but I heard problematic and all.

Thanks :D

I'd have to say MKII or III..great pistols that last forever
And with the monmey you save you can load up on spare mags :)

Same here.

Used to have a CZ 85 with the kadett kit and it was nowhere as accurate as my Ruger MK3. Lots of parts and cool stuff from Volquartsen. It's accurate, tough but a pain to clean. Other wise a good gun. Better in my view than most semi autos in that caliber.

If I were the romantic type, I'd go for a Beretta model 89. Now, that's a cool looking gun !

I definitely need more cash !

The .22 Sig I've shot was pretty unreliable so I wouldn't gte one for myself...

I'd go with Barkmark if I wanted to spend $300+ on a .22 (I have a Norc :D)

The thing is I'd rip my hair out of my head trying to dissaemble it every time would I not? (the Ruger?)
could i just boresnake it or would I need to take the whole thing apart all the time to clean it out?
I hate guns that don't break down easy. :(

Maybe the first couple of times you'd tear your hair out but once you get the knack of it you'd really wonder what the fuss is all about. To clean out any powder residue build up you should take it apart from time to time. YMMV.

Now that's what I do. Compared to a 1911 model that you can disassemble in a bear's butt (!?), the Ruger is a lot fussier. I clean the barrel of the Ruger and that's all. I keep heavy cleaning for rainy days.

Then again, I'm not that good with my hands !

Best bet is to try a couple of different .22's if you can. Choose the one that fits your mitt the best. Ruger or BM, both will be about the same money.

I have a Buckmark and have no complaints with it at all.

I have a 22/45, and it is a very accurate and reliable .22LR semi. The Mk III will have the superior frame to go with the same receiver, and the Mk III is nicer looking IMO.

Would I buy another if I didn't have one?...most likely.

Does anyone have any input on the SW 22A?
I had a 22A for a couple of years....
There is nothing spectacular about it. I hated the way it diassembled, and with some crappy plastic parts that hold the recoil assembly in place....I was less than confident in long-term reliability.
However, it did shoot well.....and from what I can remember, functioned with all the ammo I used.
But I've also owned a Ruger, and it far surpasses the 22A in my opinion.

I have a S&W 622 "stainless", fun to shoot. I also have a browning Buckmark, GREAT GUN, I'm a Ruger guy and I like the Mrk 2's and 3's but Browning in my opinion is superior. I also just ordered custom walnut grips from the states for 69.00, with delivery it was under a 100 bucks. The same grips n Canada are around 150-160 I think. The browning is very accurate and the balancing is phenominal.

I have had no problems with my Mosquito and I use relatively cheap ammo in it. It fits my hands better than the Rugers, but I bet the Ruger's life will be twice as long as the Sig's.
