Best all around powder for .22cal to .243cal..?

I'm trying to settle on one pwoder to load in my smaller guns. The smallest is my .219 Zipper (25-35 Win. necked down to .224") I'll be shooting only 45grn bullets out of it. The largest would be my .243 Win. I have been shooting 60 grn Sierra HPs' out of it but would like to switch to something in the 65-75grn range. I'm thinking about trying some H380. The Zipper is Marlin 336 with a 20" barrel. the .243 is a Win. 70 with a 22" barrel. Since the Zipper is a lever action trying to keep pressures down as much as I can is one of the top things on my list. Any thoughts or suggestions?

for my .243 I use sierra bullets over RL 19.

I use Varget in my 223 and 243. I don't know if it's the best but it works for me.

.223/5.56 = Imr4895

I would probably look at varget, H322 may work also, but you would have to check the data.
You can use varget in almost everything and get good , if not optimum results.
