What is the best ammo for a 1:9 inch twist, in a AR-180B?

whatever you can find... myself I am partial to the American Eagle in 55gr or 62gr. It's all good.

theres a good chance you could get away with 69 grains. Buy a box or reload a few and give 'em a try.

Depends on what you want it for, hunting, target, plinking etc. Load your own and that gun is quite accurate.

1:9 barrels are pretty universal, they'll stabilize a wide range of projectiles. My 20" HBAR does well with 55 gr. ammo.
