I run Hexmags and love them. Pmags and E-lander metal mags also work great.

No one likes these polymer extenders ? 17$ each but at least you get 10 rounds and pretty close to usgi profile.

I have been using GS Designs LAR-15 magazine extensions for a few years now. For Service Rifle matches, having the LAR magazine with 10 rounds is a benefit for your AR. Not only in capacity but in providing the appropriate "monopod" for the prone position and for stabilization over the support side knee in the kneeling position. Also a lot easier to access your magazine from the standard magazine pouch.

I have not been gentle with them. No issues or breakage. Highly recommend them.
