Best brass for 9mm Luger

Brass is brass when it comes to pistol cartridges. I have always used whatever I have managed to scrounge. I wouldn't bother with 9mm with crimped primers due to the work involved.

I've only been reloading for about 5 years, but I find the nickle plated starts to lose some of its finish after a few(4-5) reloads. Otherwise I don't care what brand, I use dillon carbide dies and keep loading the brass until cracks or deformation. S&B does have tight pockets, don't notice on 9mm but have to swag or ream their .44.

Brass is brass when it comes to pistol cartridges IMO. Keep the good condition stuff and toss the rest. Sort out the S&B junk and sell it to someone else or scrap it also. I only keep S&B brass is hard to find calibers that make it work the extra steps needed to uniform the primer pocket.
