Best bullet puller?

I have good luck with the RCBS hammer.

I was hammering on the base of the press, about 15 wacks. Tried it on a 2X4 sill plate, about 5 or 6 wacks. Went OK removing bullets from the 25 powderless cases.
Trying to reload in a hurry, doesn't save time. Tried to get it done before wifey got home. Says I spend too much time in my gun room. How sad is that?

Tried that. More like twack, twack, twack, twack, twack, twack, twack, twack, twack, twack, twack, twack,.....pawp. And not even crimped!

I found the trick is you need a really hard surface to strike. My 762x54r come apart in 2 or 3 whacks usually, but I have an old 6"×6"x1.5" brick i hit it on. I tried a 2x4 but wood absorbs too much of the impact.

With this method i can break down 50 rounds in about 15 minutes. Not crazy fast, but fast enough.

Had a RCBS collet puller but found it still marked the bullets up anyway. It's faster to just put them in the press with no die and grab it with a vise grip and just pull the case down bullets are slightly scarred but way faster than anything else I've used.

Heck, I have no problems getting the bullets pulled by hitting on the basement carpet, so I did not wake up everybody in the house. Having said that, I would like another method as well, it's just that I have been lucky and have not pulled more than 100 rounds total ever.

When I tried an inertia puller on GP11(Military 7.5x55), I could only remove the bullet if I whack it on concrete floor with about as much force as a battle crazed Cimmerian slicing his battle axe through an amored Dragon with a blood curdling loud battle cry.
The Hornady Cam Loc Puller is much more civilized, still takes a few tries with GP11, the tar sealer and neck crimp you know. Tea and crumpets anyone? :)

Plus 5 on the Grip-n-pull. best I've used out of all the ones I have tried. May leave little marks on some bullets, but everything I have pulled has been totally reusable. And it is super quick and easy to use on all calibers.
