best bullet weight for a 1 in 14 twist 22 250 ?

a little bit of a hijack but what would the range of bullet weights in a 1-9 twist? on both ends light & heavy?

mine shot 50-69, best MOA (<1) per $ was 60 grain hornady SP flat base. 1:9 20" bbl on AR. With the heavier bullets you can seat further out to minimize the "jump".
