why not get it from Marstar for $100 less? do they offer something Marstar doesn't? just curoius....

I like the S&W 686 but for .44mag I'd take (and did ;)) a Raging Bull over the Smith any day...

Armco des a smooth and prep job to it. Plus it comes with a second mag as well. Once you add shopping and tax to the Marstar ones they come out to be about the same.

Marstar's price is $350 +tax(15%) = $400 + about $20-25 for shiping....

does Marstar sell their guns with only one magazine? hmm I thouight it was two

Personally, I'd go for the 'tuned' Norc 1911A-1 from Armco. Worth every extra penny IMHO... And yeah, they come with 2 magazines. Marstar was only supplying theirs with one mag. ;)

under 650?

If this is your first handgun buy a 22 first; cheap to shoot alot of fun and can
be used as training.A good used ruger mark 1 or 2 ; browning buckmark probably 2 to 3 hundred dollars. If so buy brand name 22 revolver. I have a cz 75 and a blued gp 100; both good guns.As CAPP325 said about revolvers is oh so true. The trigger pull in s.a. in a revolver is excellent.A lot of semi autos the sights are not adjustable. A used gp100 blued does not cost much at all. Maybe consider a ruger blackhawk s.a. with adj sights. Norinco makes some good semis. HELL buy them all.Good luck on your choice. My opinion AGE .
