Best company to export Black Rifle parts out of the US ?

I am needing some parts from a vendor state-side. As part of the export, I will need the exporting agent to remove a flash hider and pin a mag to 5rds, as the vendor would prefer not to do this themselves for whatever reason.

Who would be the best company to deal with for something like this ?

I do not really want to do it myself as I don't have the time, the expertise, or the patience :D
 
I was told to give irunguns a try haven't managed yet, but they seem pretty legit. They supposedly have some issues with stock but I think they will import parts from other companies. Take a look, it's probably worth your time.

I have sent them a pm already, just waiting to hear back. Not sure if the third party export like this but will find out
 
Recently it's been common that black rifles don't have to have the flash hider removed if the rifle is being exported by a vendor for retail sale in the desination country. In other words, if the exporter is a vendor and they're exporting to a vendor - OK. But if a private individual is exporting or importing - permit denied.

Pinning mags is a different story.
