Best. Day. Ever.

Obviously this is fantastic and I look forward to seeing you guys at the malahat. That said, is your kid a lefty? If so you may want to figure out his dominant eye and make sure he is starting off on the right foot so to speak.

Wishing you many more years of fun like this.

Sorry for the zombie thread, but I just had to post this update. Thanks to a military deployment at short notice, today was the first time I've got him back to the range since the first video. The bipod made a huge difference, and he's able to run pretty much solo with close supervision. To call me proud is to call the Arctic in January "chilly".

That's awesome, i kinda wish I went with my daughter to get her first rifle but I goofed up lol. Nosale sports is less than a block away form the hospital where my girl was born and when my gf and the little one were sleeping I ran like a banshee to wholesale and bought the pink one and had stashed in the car and back in under half an hour. I got some funny looks being sweaty, stinky, totally out of breath, suffering the general shell shock of witnessing your first childbirth , and going strait for a little mini pink rifle lol. The "DOB" receipt is taped to the stock and stashed away for a few years yet. I can only imagine how fun it is to take the little man out plinking and how fun it is for him, lifelong memories for sure!. Also thank you for the service and sacrifices you make to do what you do.

That's fantastic! My oldest son turns five soon and I'd love to introduce him to shooting... The Misses may need some education first before she lets me do that however.

This thread put a smile on my face, good on ya Dad. I've got a 2 week old, will be buying her a rascal next time I see one in person at the store. Keep us updated with Bobbys progress.
