Best deal on scopes

Where in Canada would be the best deal to order scopes from? With the dollar pretty well par,i still see that scopes are way over priced compared to the American prices! Thanks!

The dollar pretty well par yes, but the distributors/retailers/stores percentage fees are still there ;)

The Bushnell Legend series is what i'm looking at.I have my BRNO #3 And One of my Airforce Condors that i want to upgrade the glass on.Can't afford $500.00-$1000.00 glass, and savings of $50.00 here and there adds up to a lot of extra ammo!:D My budget for scopes is $100.00-$150.00.So for something half decent i believe the best choices would be ether Bushnell or Tasco. At least if something goes wrong with them, they are covered by the warranty.Anybody with suggestions and experience with other scopes in this range is greatly appreciated!

I was at the Woodstock On. gun show today and there was a dealer there that had brand new NCStar Scopes. I picked up a model SFB3940R, 3-9x40, Sporting scope that looked pretty good for $75, made by them. It's likely not as good as say, a bushnell elite 3200, but the price was good, and it has a good sight picture and decent eye relief. I've put it on my sporterzed enfield .303 to replace a bushnell banner, 3-9x40 scope that I thought was only so so. Had trouble getting a visual past 100 metres on a dull day with it. It can't be any worse than the busnell banner, maybe even better, I hope! For the price, I'm not to worried. Eventually I will put out for a busnell Elite 3200. Maybe I will have a more modern rifle to put it on by then as well.
Take a look at your local Gun Shows. Never know what you might find. Maybe even a good used Leapold.

You can also check out the new Redfield scopes. Made in the USA, owned by Leupold, and lifetime guarantee. Made to compete with the cheap japanese junk.
