Best deal/place for sabot

Looking to buy a few boxes of 12ga sabot to try out with my slug barrel. Just wondering if there are any places to get a good deal on some cheap sabot for just doing some blasting/zeroing and having some fun.

Anywhere between Pembroke, Ottawa, and Kingston would work or the old mail order thing (I can receive it commercially if that matters for the dangerous goods thing)

All Sabots shoot different so zeroing with one brand is useless with another, might get you close but you should be bore sighting it first any how.

I was doing some research and think I am just going to go with non-rifled slugs. Cheapest I have found is $7.50 a box. Once I get my hunting license I will probably switch over to sabot.

Is your slug barrel a smooth bore or is it a rifled slug barrel.the tradional rifled slug is designed for a smooth bore .where as the sabot slug is designed for a rifled barrel.

Winchester make a Rackmaster slug that you can fire out of either smooth or rifled barrel. Much cheaper than sabots, fairly accurate out to 75-100 yds in my guns, I think Remington make one called the Buckhammer or something and is similar.

My shotgun is rifled barrel (so smooth slug like the buckhammer or sabot)

I'm almost tempted to throw on the 24" barrel with fiber optic sights and get some rifled slugs
