Best deal right now on USA made M4 style upper?

Anyone know where the best deal is right now on USA-made M4 style uppers? I'm shopping for a standard flat top with irons, regular GI handguard, government profile barrel (i.e. lightened under the HG), and chrome lined.

If it's a sponsoring dealer, all the better.

It's dumb that their canadian store less everything in USD. Sooooo irritating.

It hurts me alot too. If the Canadian dollar ever rebounds long enough for suppliers to extend the price difference i'm going ham on purchases. I paid under 400 for my aim point pro 3 years ago, they're 700 bucks now.
