Best dedicated turkey gun

I'll be using an older 20-gauge fixed-choke Citori this year, MOD being the tighter choke. After testing, I have confidence in the patterns it's getting with heavy loads as far as 30-35 yards. High pellet counts seem to be the ticket with loads for it. Nothing fancy, but it should suffice.

This was a reply to Max the quote option didnt work for some reason

Running the trulock, i tried 4 different chokes and it threw the best patterns by a small margin. Surprisingly the cheapest tru glo out patterned the patternmaster i tried!
Ive dusted 5 turkeys with this combo so far and not one needed another shot

I"m using a 12g Browning BPS Predator with a Carlson Long beard XR .665 choke and Long Beard XR 3" #5 shot. It's my dedicated Turkey gun as that's all I use it for.

So since I started this thread I've put something together, Browning Silver NWTF with a Vortex Razr red dot and a Carlon's Longbeard XR choke.

1997 era M87 Ithaca Turkeyslayer 3 inch magnum. Has Caption Extra Full choke, about .6555, removeable barrel for easier cleaning, has mounting holes for optics on receiver.
Comes with front and back factory iron sights. Camo paint job from factory.
Very good on line reviews with this one.

Edit: With these turkey chokes it's amazing the extra yardage one has with relatively pedestrian grade shotshells.
