Not the same thing. This is the civilian version, the regular Winchester Supreme SXT, which is still a pretty decent round, but not close to the Ranger T's. The main difference is the lack of the talons when expanded. The Supreme load also uses an eight lobed hollowpoint whereas the Ranger T uses a six lobed bullet. Both use the same SXT technology and sump type cavities, but these bullets behave completely differently in gelatin and real life.

I'd never use firearm against a human. Moreover just to "try different loads".
