"Rear sight removed" has to do with the original open rear sight on the barrel, and does not refer to the diopter rear target sight. The reason for this is so that the sight leaf of the rear sight does not interfere with sighting the rifle at close ranges by blocking the view.
The Elit and the Soderin are the most common of the better made diopter sights. I would choose the Elit first but the Soderin has a good reputation too. Both of these sights have spare parts available in case anything breaks.
The Pramm, Busk and Faldt are less common sights, and therefore if anything does break, parts are much harder to find.
Choose the one you like that has the best condition barrel, with either Elit or Soderin rear sight. The Elit is slightly easier to use and has good knobs to grasp. The Soderin has four different range scales available for different velocity ammunition. The Elit also has different range scales, but the Soderin is easier to change them.
If possible, choose one with an Elit front sight. Inserts are available for them---the inserts have one 9mm wide tab on the bottom. With other front sights, it may or may not be possible to buy inserts for them.
It is important to buy a rifle that the bolt and the receiver number matches. When you narrow it down to a couple of rifles, phone Anthony and have him e-mail you more detailed pictures of the rifles. NOTE - in all fairness, keep it to TWO rifles for your final choice. It takes time and effort to send you more detailed pictures, so it is unreasonable of you to ask for detailed pictures of four or five rifles.
