Best drop-in handgaurd for AR

Hey everyone I currently have an DD ez-car on my bushy... I was all crazy about quad rails but not so much anymore! What do you recommend for me or which free floating system is easy to install!

DD Omega Rail... yes it's quad but it's as light as the plastic handguard.

don't know if they are available by themselves in canada but my stag 8T came with diamondhead v-rs, very nice, real nice iron sights too.
