Best EOTech Clone?

As I said, for under $200 you can get a real eotech minus the aluminum cover - in other words, the Buchnell Holosight ;) It's made by Eotech - why would you buy a more expensive copy?

I don't know of

any clones that are actually Holographic reticules .. most are low quality red dots.. with bad glass prone to displaying reflected ghost reticules

The best quality replica is made by Hurricane.. they are about $200 and look great.. but have poor reticules .... Buy real and buy once

No offence to richie riches on this site but I doubt a cheap clone on a .22 is a bad investment. If your buying a scope for a shtf scenario by all means by the best, but if you an average shooter why not get a clone and spend more time at the range.

$100 or less is a good buy as you can always fix the little hickups if any, and maybe even put it tgrough the paces and not worry about it too much. It aint precision shooting.

when you buy a clone Eotech-- you are paying for the look .. not the function.. you can buy a good functioning inexpensive red dot for less than a crap clone toy sight.

if you plan to use the sight to shoot with .. function over form.. if you just want to look cool from 10 feet out... then form over function

Thanks for the replies. A Bushnell holosight may be the way to go if it has the look I want. I just don't have the funds for a $500 EOTech for my 22. I currently have a NC Star reflex sight on it and it works great. They are cheap and they will not hold zero when switching reticle styles (mine has 4 different ones) but they hold zero for the one you have sighted in with, if that makes sense. Mine is pretty tough too. I've had it mounted on my XD40 and put a few thousand rounds through it with the NC Star mounted with no problem and no change in zero. It's not bad for a $50.00 sight. TC

bushnell holosight is really nice but discontinued, is there another decent holographic sight out there thats not an eotech clone?
