Best firearms retailers for higher end used sporting guns?

I know the gun dealer usually has lots of higher end sporting stuff, any other dealers recommended for used high end stuff? Blaser/Perazzi/Beretta etc.
 
Look up L&L Specialties located near Calgary, he brings in and trades on lots of interesting stuff. I have purchased quite a but from him, the higher end including a Beretta 682 Gold, a Zoli Z-Sport, and most recently a Blaser F3 SuperSport.

I believe he may still have a selection of DT10's, plus other Zoli's and Blasers. As he does trades all sorts of stuff has popped up in past.
 
Gagnon's is pretty much the only stop anymore, and he doesn't have the selection like he used to :(

There are other dealers out there but I find places like prophet river, the gun dealer etc. ask top dollar and won't budge on the price. mmmm No thanks, some of their prices are so far out to lunch they've gone to dinner!

If you are looking for something really specific like a high end sporting, trap, skeet gun, you can either order new, gagnon's for beretta, perazzi canada, lawrys for krieghoff/kolar.

If you want to put your mitts on some merchandise and you are in southern ontario, I would strongly recommend taking a trip to detroit to visit great lakes sporting arms, giacomo in rome, ny for perazzi, JTH agency in NY state for beretta, perazzi etc., joel etchen etc etc....

lawry can import anything you want from any of these guys, but the dollar sure sucks right now for that.

Hmm, I haven't heard anything bad lately, I've dealt with Kurt Grates twice now and everything went swimmingly.

I believe that Larry Woo used to be a part of that business or some previous iteration of it i.e. 800-shotgun. From what I have heard Larry Woo was as crooked as they come, hence why you don't see him shooting anymore.


If you are looking for high end target shotguns and can't get what you want in Canada, go talk to Robert Paxton, honest as the day is long and a true gentleman, great shooter as well! I bought a beretta off of him a long time ago now. Everyone I know who has dealt with him recently has been very happy.
 
Justin Faulkner at The Gun Dealer in Mcadam New Brunswick has a great selection and is an awesome guy to deal with. After being burnt by a very large well known dealer in Ontario, I was skeptical to buy another gun online, but Justin was absolutely fantastic to work with. He didn't have exactly what I wanted when I first called, but got it in quickly, took my old sporting clay gun on trade, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend him.
