Buy the best quality you can find. That would be a Forster Co-AX. Avoid turret presses, too much flex and totally useless for doing any cartridge conversions. The Forster Co-ax is a press that will never need improving. Here's how I see it, if the Forster Co-ax costs $200.00 more than than a Lee Turret POS, and you load for twenty years the cost differential on a per day basis is less than 3 cents/day. If you can afford 3 cents/day throw caution to the wind and buy the best.
No doubt the Forster is a fine machine but if you think that the Lee Classic cast turret press is a POS, you really don't know what you are talking about on this point. This is nothing like the Lee turret press made from cast pot metal, it is cast iron (or steel, not sure). It is a strong press with no flex, it can be used as a single stage or turret press, it is reasonably priced and loads at a good rate of production when used as a turret press. The turrets are also quite inexpensive.
