Best flash supressor to lower muzzle jump

I talked to a Battlecomp rep on M4Carbine.net about exporting them in Canada and they are working on an international export permit.

Dlask arms has a good variety of both muzzle breaks and flash suppresors for a reasonable price, not to mention that they are a canadian company...

I have purchased from them in the past and they make an excellent muzzle break...

From what I've read (Pat Sweeney), you can't have an effective flash suppressor/muzzle brake besides a "can".

Effective FH create turbulences to prevent the great ball of fire, brakes only redirect gases to conteract muzzle climb + recoil and some, vibrations. So you have to make a choice...

In what way? The Vortex is a great flash suppressor, but it provides no muzzle control...
